I have been very pleased with the partnership that KWBC has been able to share with OutTouch Ministries. It has been a pleasure to work with Richard Halstead in the effort to make the vision of OTM a reality for churches of all sizes. His willingness to spend as much time as necessary to understand the needs and the potential of our church, has been a great resource.

Their support in the area of working with our previous and current telecom providers has been a true blessing. Having Richard representing KWBC has proven to be very beneficial through the experience and knowledge he has been able to share regarding vendor relations, contracts, and services. I feel that OutTouch Ministries has and is playing a much needed role in various ministries and churches for the Glory of God.
